Why this matters
When someone subscribes, confirms their subscription, or unsubscribes from your list, they see a confirmation page. By default these are standard pages. You can replace them with your own custom pages so the whole experience stays on-brand and feels professional, which builds trust with your audience.
Customizing the pages
-
In the left menu, go to Audience ▸ Contacts and choose your list.
-
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Manage lists and attributes.
-
Open the Settings tab.
-
Scroll to Personalized landing pages. This is where you replace the default pages people see when opting in and out of your list.
-
For each page you want to customize, click Add custom URL, enter the URL of your own page, and save.
The pages you can customize are the ones shown after someone:
- requests confirmation of their email address (double opt-in),
- confirms their subscription,
- unsubscribes.
Branding the default pages
If you'd rather keep the built-in pages but make them yours, they pick up your branding. Make sure you've uploaded a logo in your Organization Profile and set your colors in Brand Kit so the default pages display them. See Configuring your brand.
Troubleshooting
My custom URL doesn't open correctly
- Include the full address, starting with
https://. - Confirm the destination page is online and reachable.
- Test the URL in a browser before saving.
My logo doesn't appear on the default pages
- Upload a logo in your Organization Profile, and set your colors in Brand Kit.
- Clear your browser cache and reload.
