# Client Template Sharing
## Description

The asset sharing feature allows you, as a reseller, to create, design, and share email templates with your users seamlessly. This guide will explain how to use this feature effectively to manage and distribute your templates.

## Why This Matters

By centrally managing and distributing templates, you ensure that your clients have access to high-quality designs that align with best practices, saving them time and improving their campaign effectiveness. This feature also allows you to maintain control over brand standards, offer value-added services to your clients, and differentiate your reseller offering in the competitive email marketing landscape.

## Step-by-Step Instructions

### Accessing the assets section

<Stepper>

1. Sign in to your reseller account.

2. Navigate to the **Assets** section. It's located in the top right of the dashboard, next to the **Accounts** tab.

3. You'll see an organized list of your templates. The categories are:
   - Free templates
   - Paid templates
   - Smart templates

</Stepper>

**You can sort your assets by:**

- All templates
- My templates
- General templates: this refers to your system email templates.

## Creating a new template

<Stepper>

1. Click the **+** button to start creating a new template.

2. Enter the template details:
   - **Name**: the title of your template, which should be descriptive and specific.
   - **Subject**: the default subject line that will appear when the template is used in a campaign.
   - **Category**: choose whether the template will be listed as "Free" or "Paid".
   - **Tags**: add relevant tags to help categorize and make the template easily searchable (for example, industry-specific tags or seasonal tags).

</Stepper>

## Designing your template

Once your template is created, you'll be directed to the [Email Designer](/en/docs/campaign-creation/using-the-email-designer), where you can customize it with various content blocks:

- **Content blocks**: drag and drop elements such as text areas, images, buttons, and tables to build your template.
- **Customization**: modify the layout, colors, and typography to align with your brand's aesthetic.
- **Advanced settings**: use advanced features like conditional content or dynamic personalization to enhance engagement.

By using [smart templates](/en/docs/email-templates/working-with-smart-templates), you can ensure a consistent and professional look for all your sub-accounts' email templates.

### Save and preview your template

<Stepper>

1. Preview the template by clicking the eye icon in the top right. Ensure it displays correctly on both desktop and mobile formats.

2. After finalizing your design, click **Save and Exit**.

</Stepper>

## Sharing your template

After previewing, you can decide how to share the template.

**Choose who to share with:**

- With all your users: click **Share with All**.
- With specific users: manually select the users to share with.

**Unshare your template.** Alternatively, you can unshare your template, either by clicking **Unshare with All** or by manually selecting which users to unshare with.

**Enable auto-sharing.** Auto-sharing lets you automatically share your template with new accounts.

When your sharing preferences are set, click **Publish**.

## How End Users Access Your Templates

End users will be able to access shared templates in their own accounts. Here's how they can find them:

<Stepper>

1. Sign in to their account.

2. Click **Create Campaign**.

3. Select **Change Template**.

4. Navigate to the **[Partner Name] Templates** section.

5. Select the template and start customizing!

</Stepper>
