# Exporting Your Data

 Exports are available from the **Growth** plan. They are not included in the Free plan.

## Why this matters

When you export your contacts or your campaign reports, the file is prepared and collected in one place: the **Exports** center. From there you can find and download everything you've exported, without having to recreate it.

## Where to find your exports

In the left menu, go to **Settings ▸ Exports**. You'll see a list of your exports with:

- **Activity**: the type of export (for example, *Contact list export* or *Campaigns reports exports*).
- **Details**: what was exported (for example, the list name and number of contacts).
- **Created On**: when the export was generated.
- **User**: who created it.

## What you can export

- **Contact list exports**: created when you export a list's contacts. See [Exporting a contact list](/en/docs/audience/exporting-a-contact-list).
- **Campaign report exports**: created from your campaign reports.

## Downloading an export

Open an export from the list to download its file.

## Troubleshooting

**My export isn't in the list**

- Large exports can take a few minutes to be prepared. Refresh the page and check again.
- Confirm the export was actually started (from the contact list or campaign report).

**I can't export**

- Exports require a **Growth** plan or above.
